Fixing Disabled Subscribers

Lists that follow our recommended settings for bounce processing will disable subscriptions that repeatedly bounce rather than unsubscribing them immediately. The notices from the list to the subscriber include instructions for re-enabling their subscription without needing help from a list moderator or owner, but it is also possible to re-enable their subscription through the list admin interface.

This process is outlined in the screenshot below.

Note also the drop down box under "Delivery Status" - by changing it to "Disabled", the member list will be filtered to only show disabled subscribers - making them much easier to find and fix.
