Server Owner Role

The Server Owner role for Affinity is the role that will have the most permissions to interact with Affinity. It is reserved for clients who are using our Mailman 3 Cloud service. It allows a client to add list domains, mailing lists, and Affinity users. This role gives the Server Owner the ability to view/interact with registered users of Affinity. Server Owners will have the ability to see how many members each list has and sort lists by number of members. Finally, a Server Owner can use the Server Owner board to access any list as a List Owner.

Domain Panel

The Domain panel for the Server Owner board allows a Server Owner (S.O.) to add/remove domains. These domains are to be used for the creation of Mailman lists. It also lets the S.O. know how many lists are assigned to each domain. The Domain panel allows an S.O. to easily search for a domain, sort domains Alphabetically and by number of lists. Each domain contains a mini-menu (3 dots) that allows domain wide templates to be created and for the deletion of a domain name. Note: Make sure all Mailman lists using a domain name are removed before removing the domain.
