In the support client area, follow the menu to "Services" -> "My Services"

In the "Status" column, click the "Active" button for the service you want to manage

On that service's page, use the "One Click Login" entry for cPanel

Note that certain services (such as Mailman 3) do not use CPanel and cannot be managed this way
